Today (Saturday, 19th September 2026), we publish the first version of the database of Walking Football (WF) Clubs & sessions across the Republic of Ireland.

The database is dynamic, so will be updated and modified periodically as and when new clubs & sessions are added and when changes are made to existing sessions, starts with 48 locations.

At the time of writing, the database shows the location of WF sessions serving almost 740 players per week. 

A marker indicates the location of the session (Eircode or postcode). Clicking on the session reveals all the information captured about that session, including session day & time, start time, cost, surface type, etc. It also provides a contact name and number for enquiries.

It is hoped that this resource will prove valuable to those new to the game, who want to locate a session in their locality.

It will also prove useful to established teams looking to make contact with others across Ireland with a view to planning competitive matches.

Please note, our good friends in Northern Ireland (NIWFF) are currently updating their database and website and plan to launch their own version of this map in the near future

If you have a WF club or session which does NOT appear in the database, please complete the form below. We will then add your session to the database on the next occasion the map is updated.
